what is the sockingly business philosophy?

the Beastie Boys once described sockingly as “slow and low, that is the tempo.” well okay, not really. but, that is how we view things. we keep the prices low, even if that means the shipping times are a little slow. so there you go. slow and low.

 

how long does shipping usually take?

that depends. do you live across the street or on the moon? probably somewhere in between. it could take a few days or a few weeks. see our international shipping guide for more info.

 

what's up with order tracking?

occasionally, DHL automatically provides a default tracking number, but it is irrelevant. so we're working on correcting that. disregard any DHL shipping statuses.

an email should deploy when your item ships, and will contain shipping info for your order. 

 

my shipping address is incorrect. dang.

yeah, dang. but it’s okay! just try to update it as soon as you can. If you don’t do it within the first 24 hours though, there’s a good chance your socks will arrive at the original address you submitted.

 

what does it mean if I didn’t receive my entire order?

that means you have more socks coming! if you’ve checked our shipping guide and you think the delivery date is WAY outside the expected window, let us know and we’ll check on it.

 

what if my socks are defective or not what I ordered?

we'll do what we can to make good. If you were sent the wrong socks or something seems no bueno, we’ll send you replacements. you work with us, we’ll work with you. you must contact us within 60 days of your purchase date.
